We want you to absolutely love your LOÖP.

If your chosen charm isn't quite the one you imagined, simply email us within 10 days of receiving your order at loop.charmslondon@gmail.com

Rather than asking you to send it back, we'll happily send you one replacement charm of the same value, completely free of charge.

Keep your original charm and gift it to a friend, family member, or someone who'll love it. We believe little things should spread joy, not create waste.

Conditions

• Available within 10 days of delivery.
• One complimentary replacement per order.
• Replacement charms must be of the same value. If you choose a higher-priced charm, you'll simply pay the difference.
• This promise is available for items purchased directly from the LOÖP website.

Faulty or damaged items

If your charm arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll make it right by offering a replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.
